David Bonner is a Chief Executive, Inventor, Educator, and Economist. As a U.S. operations executive with major global experience on the ground on every continent, his functional expertise includes board chairman & director, general management, marketing, finance, and operations. David has 25+ years leading turnarounds and start-ups in Europe, China, NA, and Australia.  He increased those companies value 2.5 to 20 times while leading many breakthroughs in product and organization innovations.  David’s academic training includes economics: B.A. LaSalle University, M.A. New York University, specializing in the firm, industrial organization, and regional economics.

Aidong Xu, Ph.D. has over 20 years experience as a Power  Electronics Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager. His expertise includes business development, volume manufacturing and project management experience in diverse industries. He led the design of the first Trezium® motor controller. As Chief Technology Advisor for Thor Power, Aidong oversees all Engineering activities, advising on technology and product applications development, new product strategy and mentoring engineers. Aidong specializes is in the field of variable speed drive, power converters. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Power electronics from Loughborough University in England along with his undergraduate degree of BSc 1st Hon (Electronic Engineering) from China Textile University, Shanghai, China. A citizen of the UK, Chartered Engineer and full Member of IET (MIET).

Raffaella Grassi is responsible for Thor Power’s capital growth process, and business development. Ms. Grassi has achieved significant breakthroughs business development and advanced engineering for energy, aerospace, material science, and industrial markets through her firm Origami Engineering. The London-based Ms. Grassi is focused on finance and strategy. Raffaella Grassi has acquired experience during several decades of Business Development at big industrial corporations working in high technology fields. She is an ambitious and imaginative, with extensive international experience, with proven, lasting results within a broad range of industrial solutions, projects, and ventures. During her career, she has developed, planned and executed a number of successful change projects, to all of which she has contributed significantly to global growth and profitability. Raffaella Grassi implements a strict excellence based strategy, while developing a business using easy understanding of complex concepts and problems, and converting analysis, solutions, and ideas into logical, quick and durable strategies.

Gary Busch brings more than 25 years experience in global purchasing, new product launch, business development and P&L roles. Gary has a strong background in Total Cost Management (TCM) with particular expertise in eliminating costs associated with waste utilizing his superior Lean and Six Sigma training. He has led procurement development in Honda of America, International Navistar, Honeywell Aerospace and Shiloh Industries in a cradle to grave purchasing environment on projects for IBM, DuPont, Corning Glass Works, and other large OEMs. He has a degree in Construction Technology, Business Administration and an MBA in Business Management with an entrepreneurial concentration. He has established business and supplier relationships in So. America, Mexico, Europe, Japan, Korea, China, and Southeast Asia.

Plant/Facilities Engineer, 25 years in Silicon Valley (CA), Set up Clean Room production for Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals and Testing Laboratories. Herbert S. Meeker, Esquire has been a corporate attorney since 1951. He has served as legal counsel to both public and private enterprises and entrepreneurs. Mr. Meeker has been involved in just about every type of business transaction, both here and abroad.  Herb has served virtually every industry and profession, bringing a wealth of experience, legal wisdom and business acumen to his clients.  He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the city of New York, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice before the New York and Pennsylvania State Bars.  His education includes B.A., Williams College; LL.B, New York University.

Dhananjay Kumar, Ph.D. has over 32 years of professional experience within both the Automotive and Defence and Aerospace sectors. Presently, he is the Managing Director (Electric Vehicle program) & Director (Business Development), Thor Power Corporation, USA and previously for the eight years he was working as CEO of automotive giant KLT Group, where he has successfully developed the complete platform in MUV, LCV, and HCV. Dr. Kumar has a B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur, India has been published in over 50 international journals, as well as co-authoring almost 20 product and process patents and delivered more than 200 keynotes in various international conferences. Areas of expertise include vehicle design, engineering and manufacturing, Micro Wind Turbine, Micro Hydro Turbine, 3D Solar cell, Autonomous vehicle, Nano-Composites and other advanced composites, advanced joining technology and hybrid engine and fuel cell technology.
